Midwest Nannies, Ltd. recognizes the importance of having quality
childcare. We believe your childcare provider has the most important
job there is: caring for your children! Hiring a childcare provider
takes thoughtful and careful planning. Midwest Nannies, Ltd.’s

needs and/or requirements. Our counselors are friendly, honest and
people of the utmost integrity
You will first want to identify your situation. Decide what your
needs are. Your needs will change as your child grows and/or you
have more children. Are you looking for a live in nanny or a live
out (come & go) nanny? What are the job responsibilities? Is
there driving involved? Will you provide an automobile fund to cover
the wear and tear on her car and gas expense? What is your salary
range? What benefits are you going to offer? These are just a few
questions you may want to ask yourself. You want to be very specific
as to what you are looking for in a childcare provider. Having this
written beforehand will help once you start interviewing potential
childcare providers.
